Resources for Caregivers of Older Adults

Alexian Brothers Senior & Community Resource Center offers resources and support through the Family Caregiver of Older Adults program that includes support groups, consultations, education and other resources for those caregiving for an older adult.

Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP)

The Senior Health Insurance Program at Alexian Brothers Senior & Community Resource Center offers free consultations with trained counselors to help you get your Medicare and health insurance questions answered and put your paperwork in order.

Blood Pressure Screenings

The Alexian Brothers Senior & Community Resource Center offers a comprehensive geriatric assessment to assess the physical, social, psychological and mental status of older adults.
